I've met a lot of folks who don't think they deserve God's love. They acknowledge that He exists, and even that salvation is available, but refuse to believe that they could be worthy of that rescue. The truth is, no human being has ever been worthy of salvation, but God loves us so much that He makes it available to us anyways. This song serves as a reminder that we can never be so far away from God that we escape His love.
